  • Enter your email address in the User Name field and type any single character in the Password field in the upper right corner of my.LFGSM.edu. Click Login.
    • This address must be the Preferred Email Address listed on your record. This is your personal email address, not your LFGSM address. If that has changed or you don't know what that is, contact User Support 24/7 at 866-471-4249 or at support.LFGSM.edu
  • On the Login page, you'll see your User Name.
  • Enter your password in the Password field and you'll be logged into My.LFGSM.edu.
  • Enter your user name in the User Name field in the upper right corner of my.LFGSM.edu.
  • Enter any single character in the Password field. Click Login.
  • On the Login page, click the I forgot my Password link.
  • On the next page, click Send New Password.
    • If you have set up a Password Hint (see How Do I Change My Password?), you will need to answer your Hint question first.
    • NOTE: Your password will be sent to your Preferred Email Address. If it has changed or you don't know it, contact User Support 24/7 at 866-471-4249 or at Support.LFGSM.edu
  • Once you receive your new password, follow the How Do I Change My Password instructions below to change your password to a secure password that you can remember.
  • Log into my.LFGSM using your existing user name and password.
  • In the upper right corner, click the link that says Personal Info
  • Click the Password tab
  • Enter your Old Password (the password you used to log in).
  • Create a New Password
    • Your new password must be between 8 and 16 characters, include at least one number, and have a combination of upper and lower case characters.
  • Confirm your New Password.
  • Click Save.
  • Optional: Create a Password Hint.
  • NOTE: Once you have created a password hint, you will need to enter it to reset a forgotten password.
  • Once you're done, click Exit Admin.
  • Only active LFGSM Faculty, and Students and Alumni who are currently taking classes, have access to Blackboard.
  • Your Blackboard credentials are the same as your my.LFGSM.edu credentials.

  • Log into My.LFGSM.edu
  • Click the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click BILLING AND FINANCIAL AID
  • Click PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
  • Click MAKE A PAYMENT
  • Log into My.LFGSM
  • Click the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click BILLING AND FINANCIAL AID
  • Click PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS
  • Print a RECEIPT OR INVOICE
  • Most issues can be resolved by following the instructions under How Do I Pay My Bill? (above)

  • Log in at My.LFGSM.edu
  • Click the Home tab on the red menu bar
  • Click Check My Application Status
  • Under Application Progress, click View Folder Items
  • You will find your missing requirements under Requirements Not Yet Met

Alternatively, students may register online via the Add a Course feature through myLFGSM. 

Students will receive a confirmation email from the Registrar's Office once registration has been approved.

Students and Alumni Taking Classes:

  • Log into Blackboard at http://lfgsm.blackboard.com and open your course.
  • Click on Roster on the left side menu.
  • Click the "Go" button to bring up a list of students in the course.

Faculty:

  • Log into My.LFGSM.edu
  • Click on the Faculty tab in the menu at the top of the page
  • Click on View Details under Course Lists to search by Term
  • Click on the arrow under Go Directly to Class List by course

Alumni:

  • At this time, only Alumni who are currently enrolled in classes can see a Class Roster by following the instructions for Students.

Students:

  • Log into my.LFGSM.edu
  • Click the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click MY GRADES
  • On right side of page you will see a link to PRINT GRADE CARD
  • Select a specific Grade Card and click PRINT

Alumni:
  • Log into my.LFGSM
  • Click on the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click the Academic Resources link
  • Click the Grade History and Transcripts link
  • On right side of page you will see a link to PRINT GRADE CARD
  • Select a specific Grade Card and click PRINT
  • Instructors have one week after the last session to submit grades
  • If, after that time, your Grade Card still has not posted, your grades may be on Financial Hold from the Business Office for an unpaid account.
  • To determine if there is an outstanding issue in your account, check your account as instructed under the How Do I Pay My Bill? FAQ above
  • If the issue does not appear to be financially related, please contact the Registrar's Office at Registrar@LFGSM.edu
  • Log into My.LFGSM.edu
  • Click the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click CLASSES, GRADES & REGISTRATION
  • Click MY COURSE SCHEDULE & DEGREE PROGRESS
  • Click VIEW MY FULL SCHEDULE – you will see all completed and all future preregistered courses in your schedule
  • Log into My.LFGSM.edu
  • Click the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click REGISTRATION AND COURSE SYLLABUS OVERVIEW
  • Click COURSE SEARCH
  • Select a TERM
  • Click SEARCH – it will display all course offerings by term
  • You must contact your instructor for permission in advance of the class
  • If approved, the instructor sets up the WebEx with the School and forward instructions to you
  • At least three weeks before each term, students will receive an email from Student Services regarding the LFGSM virtual bookstore for all your textbook needs.
  • Textbooks are available through www.LFGSMbookstore.com, LFGSM's online bookstore.
  • This site will enable students to get the complete textbook information — title, author, edition number, and ISBN — for all textbook(s) required for the class.
  • Log into my.LFGSM
  • Click on the HOME tab on the red menu bar
  • Click the Academic Resources link
  • Click the Continue Your Education link

Students & Alumni:

  • Log into my.LFGSM
  • Click MY PROFILE in the red menu bar on top of the site page
  • Update the appropriate PROFILE SECTIONS as needed
  • Save

Faculty:

  • Log into my.LFGSM
  • Click on the Faculty tab in the menu at the top of the page
  • Click Update Personal and Professional Information located on left side menu
Updates must be processed by LFGSM staff and usually take up to 2-3 business days.

At this time, my.LFGSM does not have a directory of alumni, students, faculty, etc. We recommend that you use the Advanced Search tool on LinkedIn. Through this tool, you can search for anyone by name, by company (current, past, or combination), by school, by job title, by industry, and location – all for free.

Searching for someone by name and school on LinedIn:

  • Log into LinkedIn, then click Advanced on the top menu bar
  • Enter the first and last name of the person you are searching for in the appropriate fields
  • Enter Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (fully spelled out) in the School field
  • Click Search

You can refine your search by adding company name or additional information. We recommend starting out broad and then narrowing your search because people change jobs and may not be at the company they were when you were previously connected.

You can also search for people by job titles.

  • Enter a job title in the Job Title field
  • Choose whether you are searching for current or past, current, past, or past not current job titles via the drop down menu
  • Enter Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in the School field

  • Students and Alumni interested in volunteering at LFGSM should complete the Volunteer Interest Form on my.LFGSM
  • Once you complete the Volunteer Interest Form, your information will be shared with the appropriate department and you will be contacted.
  • LFGSM volunteer opportunities require some vetting, and expressing an interest in volunteering does not guarantee assignment in those areas.

Students:

  • Register for the LFGSM Mentoring Program through your KEYS course, or go directly through LFGSM.Chronus.com
  • Click on Join Now and enter your Full Name and Email Address
  • An email will then be sent to you asking you to complete the registration process.

Alumni:

  • Alumni may apply to become a Mentor to a current LFGSM student by emailing Alumni@LFGSM.edu
