Fall Speaker Series: Managing Teams through Change: Moving a Hospital

Cindy Riehman, LFGSM Business Leader Faculty and former Director, Talent & Leadership Development at Northwestern Medicine will present on how she led staff and physicians through change management processes at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. Cindy will specifically share how she prepared these complex teams for a successful move from a 116-year historic site to a new 160-acre state-of-the-art campus.
We will begin with networking and light refreshments at 6pm, followed by Cindy's presentation at 6:30pm. All are invited to participate either at the Lake Forest Campus or via WebEx.
