Ms. Robinette-Das will share insights from her career journey, including how she strategically designed and positioned her career path, key skills for anyone considering a job change or career pivot. Michelle Robinette-Das has taught at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management for over twenty years. She brings extensive experience in strategic planning and execution. Currently, she consults with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, providing strategic direction and facilitating high-impact retreats. Previously, Michelle spent over a decade at Baxter, holding leadership positions in international strategy within their renal division. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Change from Northwestern University and an MBA in Strategy from Loyola University.
