Description
The Business Impact Certificate documents the student?s ability to use what they have learned in the program to make positive changes for themselves and within the community and organization. This is designed with several required activities that address the elements of Business Impact Certificate. This allows students to document their completion of the requirements as well as the positive changes in their communities and organizations. As a result of this Business Impact Certificate and the MBA, students will be agents of growth and change.
At the completion of the Business Impact Certificate students will:
?Understand and articulate how they used what they learned in the LFGSM MBA to make positive changes in their communities and/or organizations.
?Implement policies, procedures, or strategies that have a positive impact on their organizations and/or communities.
?Track individual professional growth and development through participation in the LFGSM Knowledge Advisors Survey
